CharliTito Ortiz was born in Huntington Beach, California on 23 January 1975. His birth name was Jacob Christopher Ortiz. He was a resident of Huntington Beach before he moved to Santa Ana. Ortiz is half Mexican from his paternal side. His father is Sam Ortiz, who gave him the name Tito. He had a difficult childhood because both of his parents were addicts to heroin. He was involved in the gangs. He also took drugs such as cocaine. As a youngster the teen was taken to the juvenile halls. When he was 13, his parents divorced.
